Once you receive your certificates or gift cards, you may contact the provider directly to make reservations, verify terms and conditions and redeem for their services.

Certificates/Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the provider, which in most cases appear on the Certificate or Gift Card. Please immediately read the front and back of your Certificate/Gift Card for terms and conditions; and expiration date, if applicable.

Dining Certificates/Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to cover gratuities. Dining Certificates/Gift Cards are completely transferable.

Certificates/Gift Cards are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or previously purchased items under any circumstances. All handling and shipping fees are non-refundable. Prices, suppliers, handling fee and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Providers are solely responsible for the fulfillment of services. Rewards Program Administrator has no further obligation once the Certificate/Gift Card is issued.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Rewards Program Administrator specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the website (even if Rewards Program Administrator has been advised of the possibility of such damages) including liability associated with any viruses which may infect a user's computer equipment. Rewards Program Administrator does not maintain any control over the manufacturers of awards merchandise, the issuers of gift cards or over the personnel, equipment or operations of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, tour company, or other person or entity providing travel services, general services, gift cards, products or accommodations as an award, because all suppliers offering products and/or services through the rewards program are independent contractors. Accordingly, Rewards Program Administrator does not make any guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to products, services or merchandise, nor does Rewards Program Administrator accept any liability for any loss, expense, damage or injury incurred as a result of any defect in or failure of such items. REWARDS PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Rewards Program Administrator shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to: (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any supplier of a reward offering; (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation which is owned, operated, furnished, sold or otherwise used by any such supplier; (3) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under our direct control; (4) the bankruptcy of any air or other travel carrier or any retailer issuing gift cards; and/or (5) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond our direct control. In no event will Rewards Program Administrator be liable for any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Royal Caribbean International® Terms and Conditions:

GIFT DEVICES MUST BE REDEEMED DIRECTLY THROUGH ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL® for the U.S. dollar value shown on the face of the Gift Device.

1. Certificate may be used only as a form of payment toward a new reservation made directly with Royal Caribbean International. After the gift certificate has been applied to a new reservation, the reservation may be transferred to a travel agency.
2. Certificate value may only be applied toward the cruise fare for Royal Caribbean International sailings quoted in USD and cannot be used toward payment of the required initial deposit. The initial deposit must be paid in USD (by cash or credit card) at the time of booking.
3. Certificate may not be split between multiple reservations.
4. Certificate may not be partially redeemed.
5. There are no blackout dates and no restrictions as to ship, itinerary or stateroom category; however, all reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
6. Certificate may not be applied to a reservation within a group, charter or casino program/promotions.
7. Certificate may not be used to obtain onboard credit or to settle any shipboard charges.
8. Multiple certificates may be applied toward the cruise fare of the same reservation. Remaining balances due may be paid with cash or credit card.
9. Once the reservation has been made, Royal Caribbean’s normal policies regarding cancellation, changes, and deadlines for the payment of deposits and all other payments, shall apply.
10. Certificate is transferable only by gift and bears no expiration date.
11. Certificate is nonrefundable, has no cash value, and will be not replaced if lost, stolen or if the reservation is cancelled.
12. Certificate shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law and if sold for cash or other consideration.
13. Passenger Ticket Contract. All passengers must sign and agree to the terms and conditions of Royal Caribbean International's Cruise Ticket Contract (copies of which are available online at www.royalcaribbean.com) as a condition to sailing. Those terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference. IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE CRUISE TICKET CONTRACT CONTAINS IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHTS OF PASSENGERS. Among other things, any disputes between passengers and Royal Caribbean International must take place in Miami/Dade County, Florida and must be filed within a certain period of time. By redeeming the certificate, the Recipient/holder agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions.
14. Royal Caribbean International's other policies and terms and conditions shall also apply. Among other things, Royal Caribbean International has minimum age requirements, restrictions on infant travel and other terms and conditions which shall apply.

Redemption Instructions:

1. Book your Royal Caribbean cruise vacation online at RoyalCaribbean.com.*Deposit is required at the time of booking. Certificates may not be redeemed online. Please follow Step 2 below.
2. After making your cruise reservation, email a copy of this Gift Certificate to SharedservicesGiftCertificateRedemption@rccl.com *An automated response will be sent advising your email has been received. If you do not get an automated response within 24 hours please try resending your email in a smaller file size or if multiple gift certificates are included please try sending a separate email for each one.
3. You will receive a notification via email once certificate(s) have been applied to your reservation. Please allow up to 10 business days.
