Once you receive your certificates or gift cards, you may contact the provider directly to make reservations, verify terms and conditions and redeem for their services.

Certificates/Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the provider, which in most cases appear on the Certificate or Gift Card. Please immediately read the front and back of your Certificate/Gift Card for terms and conditions; and expiration date, if applicable.

Dining Certificates/Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to cover gratuities. Dining Certificates/Gift Cards are completely transferable.

Certificates/Gift Cards are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or previously purchased items under any circumstances. All handling and shipping fees are non-refundable. Prices, suppliers, handling fee and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Providers are solely responsible for the fulfillment of services. Rewards Program Administrator has no further obligation once the Certificate/Gift Card is issued.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Rewards Program Administrator specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the website (even if Rewards Program Administrator has been advised of the possibility of such damages) including liability associated with any viruses which may infect a user's computer equipment. Rewards Program Administrator does not maintain any control over the manufacturers of awards merchandise, the issuers of gift cards or over the personnel, equipment or operations of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, tour company, or other person or entity providing travel services, general services, gift cards, products or accommodations as an award, because all suppliers offering products and/or services through the rewards program are independent contractors. Accordingly, Rewards Program Administrator does not make any guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to products, services or merchandise, nor does Rewards Program Administrator accept any liability for any loss, expense, damage or injury incurred as a result of any defect in or failure of such items. REWARDS PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Rewards Program Administrator shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to: (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any supplier of a reward offering; (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation which is owned, operated, furnished, sold or otherwise used by any such supplier; (3) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under our direct control; (4) the bankruptcy of any air or other travel carrier or any retailer issuing gift cards; and/or (5) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond our direct control. In no event will Rewards Program Administrator be liable for any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Princess Cruises Terms and Conditions:

Introduction Princess Cruises Gift Cards have no expiration date. Gift Cards do not incur any dormancy fees for non-use. Gift Cards are not credit, debit, or charge cards, and have no implied warranties. Princess® does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards, or any unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Gift Cards have no value until activated at time of purchase, and Gift Cards will not be activated until payment is verified. Gift Cards will be activated when delivered, and will be active upon receipt by the customer. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, meaning funds may not be added to Gift Cards after activation. Once activated, Gift Cards may not be resold; resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the Gift Card without compensation. Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Princess® may refuse, cancel or hold for review Gift Cards and Gift Card orders in cases where it suspects fraud, mistake, alteration, issuance in an incorrect denomination, or violations of law, policies or these Terms and Conditions. Redeeming Gift Cards Princess Cruises Gift Cards are only redeemable for purchases onboard Princess'® ships or applied as payment to a Princess® booking. Gift Cards may be redeemed for or on any cruise sold or operated by Princess®. If the Gift Card is redeemed on a Princess® ship where the onboard currency is not based in US Dollars, then the amount of the Gift Card will be converted to the shipboard currency at the foreign exchange rate posted at the Passenger Services Desk. The price of each transaction paid for by the Gift Card will be debited against the balance or value on the Gift Card. If the price for a transaction is greater than the balance or value on the Gift Card, the purchaser must pay the difference. If the price for a transaction is less than the balance or value on the Gift Card, the unused portion will remain on the Gift Card until it is redeemed and the value of the Gift Card is decreased to zero, at which time the Gift Card will be deactivated. Gift Cards will not be accepted if the Gift Card number is invalid, the value on the Gift Card is zero, the Gift Card has not been activated, or Gift Card cannot be found within the Princess® Gift Card system.
