REWARDS PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event will Rewards Program Administrator be liable for any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Gift cards may be redeemed for merchandise in-store and online at Gap, Gap Factory, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Factory Old Navy and Athleta only. Purchases will be deducted from this gift card until the value reaches zero. No expiration date or service fees apply. May not be used or redeemed with certain promotional offers as specified in the promotional offer and may not be applied as payment on any account.     When will I receive my eGift?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept your timely return of new, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used or laundered merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Beds are not accepted for returns or exchanges. Used or laundered pillows and bedding are not returnable.

    Refusing an item that is in good condition and accommodation returns will result in re-stocking and freight charges that will not be refunded. Lost or stolen orders may be replaced depending on program provisions.

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, note the damage on all copies of the delivery receipt before signing. Retain a copy, and contact Customer Service immediately toll-free at 1-866-787-8970 for further instructions. Inspect your order immediately. Save all packing materials, cartons, etc. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
