    Once you receive your certificates or gift cards, you may contact the provider directly to make reservations, verify terms and conditions and redeem for their services.

    Certificates/Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the provider, which in most cases appear on the Certificate or Gift Card. Please immediately read the front and back of your Certificate/Gift Card for terms and conditions; and expiration date, if applicable.

    Dining Certificates/Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to cover gratuities. Dining Certificates/Gift Cards are completely transferable.

    Certificates/Gift Cards are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or previously purchased items under any circumstances.     LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Rewards Program Administrator specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the website (even if Rewards Program Administrator has been advised of the possibility of such damages) including liability associated with any viruses which may infect a user's computer equipment. Rewards Program Administrator does not maintain any control over the manufacturers of awards merchandise, the issuers of gift cards or over the personnel, equipment or operations of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, tour company, or other person or entity providing travel services, general services, gift cards, products or accommodations as an award, because all suppliers offering products and/or services through the rewards program are independent contractors. Accordingly, Rewards Program Administrator does not make any guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to products, services or merchandise, nor does Rewards Program Administrator accept any liability for any loss, expense, damage or injury incurred as a result of any defect in or failure of such items. REWARDS PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Rewards Program Administrator shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to: (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any supplier of a reward offering; (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation which is owned, operated, furnished, sold or otherwise used by any such supplier; (3) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under our direct control; (4) the bankruptcy of any air or other travel carrier or any retailer issuing gift cards; and/or (5) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond our direct control. In no event will Rewards Program Administrator be liable for any punitive, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

    Delta Air Lines Terms and Conditions:

    • To redeem or check balance, visit delta.com/redeem and enter your gift card information.
    • eGifts and Cards may be used for the total purchase price of air transportation, including taxes, fees, and surcharges imposed on the air transportation, or on Delta Vacations packages that include air transportation, They may not be used for any additional fees (including baggage fees) or for any other products or services (including class upgrades, in-flight purchases, premium seating, mileage booster, SkyMiles Cruises, cargo, hotel stays, or car rentals).
    • eGifts and Cards may only be used for travel on Delta Air Lines marketed flights, including those operated as Delta Connection® and by Delta Air Lines codeshare partners with a Delta Air Lines flight number.
    • eGifts and Cards may be used toward Delta Vacations® packages that include air transportation.
    • eGifts and Cards are issued only in U.S. dollars (USD). If an eGift or a Card is used for the purchase of a ticket issued in a currency other than USD, the full value of the eGift or Card will be converted to that currency using the Bankers Rate of Exchange in effect on the date of ticket issuance, and the rate of exchange will be indicated on the ticket.
    • Tickets purchased using eGifts and Cards are subject to the applicable Delta Air Lines Contract of Carriage and fare rules (including change penalties).
    • If redeemed at www.delta.com, a maximum of three eGifts or Cards can be applied towards a single transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased as part of that transaction; if redeemed through any other method, a maximum of three eGifts or Cards can be applied toward a single ticket. eGifts and Cards can be used with other eGifts and/or Cards, but cannot be used in conjunction with any other certificate, voucher or credit towards a single ticket.
    • eGifts and Cards are not reloadable and do not expire. No service or inactivity fees apply.
    • eGifts and Cards, including those that are lost, stolen, or destroyed, will not be replaced by Delta for any reason.
    • eGifts and Cards are not credit, debit or charge cards, and have no implied warranties.
    • eGifts and Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit except where refund or redemption is required by law. You may not use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards purchased from delta.com/giftcards cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Cards may not be transferred other than as a gift. Total purchases on delta.com/giftcards for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in one calendar day.
    • Where eGifts or Cards are redeemed for a ticket, but travel is not taken, the value of the redeemed ticket (after any applicable penalties) will be provided in accordance with Delta Air Lines' standard policy regarding ticket refunds.
    • eGifts and Cards may only be sold by Delta and Delta-licensed vendors. eGifts and Cards that are for sale or sold by an unlicensed vendor are subject to confiscation or voiding by Delta.
    • eGifts and Cards that are altered or obtained fraudulently are subject to confiscation or voiding by Delta.
    • Delta is not responsible for eGifts or Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the purchaser.
    • Delta reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review transactions initiated using eGifts or Cards for suspected fraud, incorrect certificate or card denomination, or violations.

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept your timely return of new, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used or laundered merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Beds are not accepted for returns or exchanges. Used or laundered pillows and bedding are not returnable.

    Refusing an item that is in good condition and accommodation returns will result in re-stocking and freight charges that will not be refunded. Lost or stolen orders may be replaced depending on program provisions.

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, note the damage on all copies of the delivery receipt before signing.
