Gift Cards

If your program offers gift cards or eGifts, please note these are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or previously purchased items under any circumstances. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Rewards Program Administrator has no further obligation once the gift card or eGift is issued.

Rewards Program Administrator is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected gift card orders. Rewards Program Administrator is not responsible for merchandise or gift card orders that are lost, stolen misdirected by a ship forwarding company.

When will I receive my eGift?

Please allow at least 48 hours for your eGift Card order to be processed. Delivery can vary due to security checks which must be completed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept your timely return of new, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used or laundered merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Beds are not accepted for returns or exchanges. Used or laundered pillows and bedding are not returnable.

Refusing an item that is in good condition and accommodation returns will result in re-stocking and freight charges that will not be refunded. Lost or stolen orders may be replaced depending on program provisions.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, note the damage on all copies of the delivery receipt before signing. Retain a copy, and contact Customer Service immediately toll-free at 1-866-787-8970 for further instructions. Inspect your order immediately. Save all packing materials, cartons, etc. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
